Join Curvy Yoga Certified Teachers Olwen Wilson and Laura Reed as they share their favourite yoga tips and tricks.

Really you're gaining access to their tools that they use often because they know that yoga goes beyond the mat and the studio.  

They’ll show you how you can practice at home, at work, and even in your car. The focus will be on simple things you can do to feel better, and be more connected to your body and breath - anywhere.

What to expect:

  • Simple, safe poses you can do to relax and restore
  • How to use things you already have as props and supports to enhance your practice 
  • Breath work you can do anywhere to help you feel calmer and more grounded
  • A pinch of yoga philosophy

In this two-hour workshop, you’ll determine the best way to take your yoga practice out into your world and create an action plan that you’re confident implementing right away.

Where: Awaken Wellness Centre at 420 Weber Street North, 2nd floor, Waterloo ON N2L 4E7

420 Weber St. N. is a white building across the street from St. David Catholic Secondary School. Closest major intersection is King St. N. and Weber St. N.

Please note that the 2nd floor can only be accessed by climbing approx. 10 steps. 

There is plenty of free parking.
