This is about being curious and experimenting with what it means to write and see what healing occurs when your internal musings are unleashed.

When we gather, you’ll have some time to get some words onto your paper. Your writing is for you, and you alone. However, there will be some time during the live workshop for a few people to share what they wrote (if they choose).
If you’re not sure what to write about, don’t worry! You’ll be given ways to work with your fear of the blank page in front of you, and ideas to spark your imagination.
Olwen is intent on facilitating a space where you feel welcomed, and brave to go through this process in a way that works best for you.
There’s no right or wrong.
Be open to the shifts that naturally occur when you show up for yourself, and those who choose to gather with you, as you gain insights into your way of thinking and feeling.
There’s freedom in getting to know yourself better!
What to expect:
On Thursday, July 18, we will meet live on Zoom. As long as you have a reliable internet connection, you can be anywhere in the world. Bring your curiosity, something to write with, something to write on and a beverage of your choosing.
A recording will go out to all participants within 24 - 48 hours after the live workshop. If you’re able, do yourself a favour and show up on time on our scheduled date. This way you can tap into the wisdom of the group!
From Monday, July 22 to Friday, July 26, you’ll be sent a daily email to help you continue your writing practice in ways that feel best to you. This is your chance to experiment with support. Additional prompts and topics to consider will be offered during this week. Take what resonates. How can you tweak what doesn’t?

When: Thursday, July 18, 2019 from 7 - 9 pm EST.
A five-day mini-course will be sent directly to your inbox daily from July 22 - 26 so that you can continue practicing what you started in the live workshop.
Where: Zoom video conferencing
This is a free software that needs to be downloaded to your computer. It’s simple to do and only takes a few seconds. Once you are sent the link to join our meeting room, you click on it and you will be asked to download the Zoom software. This is safe and takes only a few seconds. Zoom also may ask you for permission to access your computer’s camera (if you have one on your computer) and microphone. You can click yes for both of these.
The Zoom link for the meeting room will be sent out approximately one week before the workshop on July 18.
A recording will be sent out within 24 - 48 hours after the workshop ends.
What to bring?
something to write on… a notebook or notepad is recommended
something to write with… pen or pencil (your choice)
If using a pen & paper isn’t ideal for you, then bring something to type on and with. The goal of this workshop is to get your thoughts out of your head. Olwen will talk about different ways to do that too.
