Stoke Your Fire

Gather with a group of women who value the importance of connection and creativity to rekindle your inner spirit.

They know how essential it is to take time out, and build up their reserves, so that they can continue to care for themselves, their family, friends and loved ones.

Thursday, February 18, 2016 from 7 - 9 pm.

In this special workshop we'll validate, accept and appreciate ourselves on our own terms. This is an evening where you get to celebrate all that you are.

Thank you for creating the space for us to be able to share and strengthen ourselves
— Anonymous

We'll create a visual reminder of our time together and I ask that you bring at least one small item that means something to you, but that you don't mind gifting to another. It's significance to you is more important than how much or how little was spent on it.

Examples of items that you may wish to bring include:

  • a tea blend that you love
  • a feather that you found
  • a crystal from your collection that is looking for a new home
  • a bead that broke off of your favourite bracelet
  • a handwritten quote that helped you get through a time in your life

It can be something that you've made, something that you've found, or bought, or something that was given to you. It can be as small as you like, but please don't bring something that is larger than your palm or can't fit in a pocket. Don't overthink it.

Whatever you bring will be perfect.

There will be healing modalities (such as Reiki, crystals and drumming), a creative component, and some restorative yoga poses where you can relax completely while being fully supported by yoga mats, blankets and bolsters.

Everyone will leave with gifts to remember the evening so that you can continue to feel loved, and supported while we're apart.
