Week after week you'll take tender care of your mind, body and spirit so that you can face your days with grace and strength. 

You'll spend quality time with a group of women who know how important it is to willingly give themselves the space to build up their reserves so that they can continue to care for themselves, their family, friends, and loved ones.

What to Expect

We'll celebrate all that you are, give you the space to declare what you want for yourself in the coming weeks and take some time to nourish our souls. You'll be reminded that you aren't alone, and we're all in this together. 

From September to November, we'll come together for eight evenings over a 10 week period to have meaningful conversations saturated in authenticity.

You'll tap into the wealth of knowledge that is present when a group of like-minded women comes together to witness each other and share their stories. You'll also build a deep connection with yourself and with the women in our group.

This is your peaceful departure from the busyness of your everyday so that you can feel rejuvenated and become more attuned to your needs.

The benefits of taking this time for yourself, connecting with other women, and having a dedicated place to receive some love and kindness, week after week, will ripple out into so many other areas of your life!  

Throughout this series, you'll be introduced to tools and techniques that can keep you centered, and joyful. You'll be supported and grounded in knowing who you are while taking care of your needs and wants. The only expectation is that you take care of you. It's simply a bonus that you'll have a cool group of ladies cheering you on from the sidelines week after week. 

There will be Reiki, journaling & creative nudging, guided meditations, chakra balancing, restorative yoga, yoga nidra, also known as yogic sleep, drumming, and so much more.

Don't worry, we won't pack all that into each class. You'll have plenty of time to experiment and explore what's being offered.

You'll also be surprised with gifts that are selected just for you. 

In addition to our two-hour in-person gatherings, you'll receive weekly email support from me, Olwen Wilson, as well as some videos, and prompts that you can refer back to whenever we're apart.

Please note that these classes are for women, and anyone who identifies as a woman, only.

When:  7 - 9 pm. Monday, September 19, 26, October 3, 17, 24, Nov 7, 14, 21. No class on Thanksgiving Monday, Oct. 10th, or on Halloween on Monday, Oct. 31st. 

Where: Awaken Wellness Centre at 420 Weber Street North, 2nd floor, Waterloo ON N2L 4E7

420 Weber St. N. is a white building across the street from St. David Catholic Secondary School. Closest major intersection is King St. N. and Weber St. N. 

Please note that the 2nd floor can only be accessed by climbing approx. 10 steps. 

There is plenty of free parking.
