In this 4 week series you'll learn some stretches and movements to help you dissolve the stress you are holding in your neck and shoulders and how to move to keep your back healthy and pain free.

While your neck, shoulders and back will be the main focus in this class, you'll soon see that what you are feeling in those areas may have to do with other parts of your body. Therefore your whole body will get some attention while we work together.

No previous yoga experience is necessary. Beginners are always welcome.

420 Weber St. N. is a white commercial building across the street from St. David Catholic Secondary School. Closest major intersection is King St. N. and Weber St. N.

There is plenty of free parking.
