Curvy Yoga will help you build confidence in a safe, fun and encouraging environment. You will learn how to adapt yoga poses to meet the needs of your body, no matter what level of curve you have! These classes are not about weight loss or how you should look – they are all about how you feel while practicing yoga.

Over a 4 week period we will work together to build flexibility and strength. You will bring more balance and relaxation to your life through the use of movement, and breathing techniques. Classes are small so that you’ll receive the attention that you deserve!

No previous yoga experience is necessary. Beginners are always welcome.

I am feeling pretty fantastic after last night’s class! I cannot believe how after just one class it seems so much easier to reach up for things. I think the highlight for me was just being able to disconnect from everything else, and focus on myself! I could have even fallen asleep during the relaxation at the end! Where: Awaken Wellness Centre at 420 Weber Street North, 2nd floor, Waterloo ON N2L 4E7

420 Weber St. N. is a white commercial building across the street from St. David Catholic Secondary School. Closest major intersection is King St. N. and Weber St. N.

There is plenty of free parking.
