Hi there! I’m so glad you’re here!

I’m Olwen (pronounced All-wen) and I use the pronouns she/her.

I believe that:

  • learning never ends.

  • integrity is everything.

  • joy and creativity are necessities.

I connect with the Earth. I connect with Spirit. Not in a performative way for you, but rather in practical and sustainable ways for myself. And I make plenty of mistakes while I’m doing it because I’m human.

But I always know that I’ll find something to laugh about while I’m striving to do better!

I share what I learn along the way in case it inspires someone else on their own journey. Let my mistakes smooth out the bumps in your road.

The most important thing I can tell you is that I live what I teach, and practice what I preach.

I can’t do it any other way.

I’m well versed in being a fierce mama bear who won’t let you get in my way, especially when it comes to my kiddo, fur babies and partner. And there are still plenty of ways I continue to practice flexing my bravery muscles.

I’m often reminded that I’m a work in progress and whole all at the same time.

So are you.

No matter what’s going on in your life, how you identify, your abilities, your age, or who you strive to be... you are enough.

More than enough.

I’m a big fan of clear communication, freedom of choice and taking responsibility for yourself. I’m not a fan of bullshit.

Olwen Wilson

I’m a healer, intuitive energy practitioner and a woman with many interests. I have a desire to connect in meaningful ways with people who also love to learn.

I’ve dealt with the aftermath of choices I’ve made like quitting a corporate job where I was great at, but hated. And ones I haven’t chosen like the stress of living with rheumatoid arthritis, an autoimmune disease.

There have also been other, less dramatic, transitions that have brought challenges that made me have to figure out what my next steps would be. Each time I've survived and learned something along the way.

I know I’ll never stop searching for answers that work best for me. My healing journey is never ending and I’m excited by what deeper truths I’ll uncover.

I’m happiest when I encourage people to do the same for themselves while also nurturing a more joyful life.

In a world crowded with so much talking and an industry full of people telling you what to do, Olwen won’t. Olwen isn’t going to say “I have the answers”, but honestly, she often does. She supports you finding those answers while walking with you down that path. She is honest, firm, and authoritatively compassionate.

She is measured in what she says, and listens fully, rarely missing any details so that she can give you her absolute attention. She isn’t listening to impress you with her knowledge, she is listening to hear what you have to say, and to respond with the same care she would give her own inquiry. She’s unafraid of mess, but can still laugh and find the humour in the complexity of being a human. She is someone deeply committed to learning, living, and experiencing.

“Olwen helped me clarify something that seemed SO straightforward to me—and I was SO wrong about. She’s super helpful and one of my go-to people when I’m in a transition or have a decision to make.”
— Dyana Valentine
